Portable Spectrocolorimeter: LC 100

The Lovibond LC Series portable spectrocolorimeters are compact, handheld instruments designed for fast, accurate surface colour measurement using automatic reflectance imaging technology. Unlike conventional point-based colorimeters, the LC Series captures multiple images of the sample under different illuminations, delivering reliable colour data that closely matches visual perception.

The LC Series uses a 45°/0° optical geometry combined with imaging capture, taking 27 images per measurement using 8 visible wavelengths and 1 UV LED (9 bands). This multi-directional illumination approach provides detailed information on both colour and surface texture effects, resulting in highly repeatable and visually relevant colour measurements.

Measurements are completed in under two seconds, enabling rapid quality control directly at the point of production.
