Raman Spectrometer

Raman Spectrometer

Advanced Raman Spectrometers for Precise Chemical & Material Analysis

Raman spectroscopy is one of the most powerful non-destructive analytical techniques for identifying molecular structures, characterizing materials, and monitoring chemical changes with exceptional accuracy. Our Raman spectrometers integrate advanced optical engineering, aberration-corrected spectrographs, ultra-stable calibration systems, and intuitive software to deliver industry-leading measurement performance.

Insights into vibrational modes, crystallinity, stress/strain, polymorphism, and chemical composition are easily obtained — even from complex samples.

Key Features and Benefits of Our Technology:

High Optical Efficiency

High Optical Efficiency

Our spectrometers utilize proprietary aberration-compensated designs to ensure uniform focus and high signal throughput across the entire spectral field. This minimizes distortion and maximizes sensitivity — even for low-level signals such as Raman scattering.

Superior Accuracy & Automated Calibration

Superior Accuracy & Automated Calibration

WEVE’s EverCal™ technology combines a built-in neon calibration lamp with automatic position-control algorithms, maintaining sub-pixel wavelength accuracy without user intervention. This guarantees consistent performance over time and eliminates the need for frequent manual recalibration.

Exceptional Stability & Reproducibility

Exceptional Stability & Reproducibility

The accuracy and precision performance of a spectrometer depends on the rotational movement of the diffraction grating. Our spectrosopy solutions employ double-head encoders (MantaRay) on the moving elements of the diffraction grating, enabling accurate rotation down to 0.003 degrees, and a correction algorithm that adapts to the rotation angle to achieve the highest possible spectroscopic precision.

High Spatial & Spectral Resolution

High Spatial & Spectral Resolution

Both platforms deliver precise Raman mapping and micro-analysis, supported by confocal optics, high-resolution detectors, and advanced mapping modes (2D, depth profiling, 3D rendering).

2D & 3D High-Speed Raman Mapping for Detailed Characterization

2D & 3D High-Speed Raman Mapping for Detailed Characterization

Generate spatially resolved chemical images for nano-materials, thin films, micro-LEDs, catalysts, and biological samples. Our Raman instruments apply ultra-fast mapping to enable multi-faceted analysis of samples through the construction of mapping images in two and three dimensions. The mapping technology is divided into step mapping and continuous mapping, allowing you to select the appropriate mapping function according to the conditions/environment of the sample. Thousands of spectra can be acquired within minutes, greatly increasing efficiency for analyzing large areas or multiple regions. Even at high speeds, spatial resolution remains in the micrometer range, making this method ideal for microstructural analysis.

User-Friendly Software & Workflow
