Planetary centrifugal mixers are engineered to deliver ultra-fast, contamination-free mixing, dispersion, kneading, and degassing across a wide range of viscosities and materials. By combining revolution (high-G centrifugal force) and rotation (shear and folding action), these systems produce superior homogeneity while simultaneously eliminating entrapped air.

High-Speed, High- Efficiency Mixing

Our planetary centrifugal mixers reach speeds of up to 2,200 rpm depending on the model, creating G-forces far exceeding conventional mixing systems.
Mixing cycles typically range from 10 seconds to several minutes, achieving complete dispersion even in high-viscosity systems.

Simultaneous Mixing and Degassing

Revolution force drives micro-bubbles upward and out of the mixture, eliminating defects in electronics, optical materials, adhesives, and ink formulations.
Vacuum-equipped models intensify this effect to remove ultrafine bubbles.

Mixing occurs entirely inside closed containers without touching mechanical parts, eliminating:

• Cross-contamination between batches
• Material losses caused by propeller or roll mill contact
